How to travel with a digital ticket

Once purchased, the ticket will be saved in MY TICKETS section, as a purchased but not active. The MOMUP digital ticket must be purchased in advance, ACTIVATED before boarding and presented active to the driver and in case of check. It is not possible to board the bus without having completed the transaction and without having activated the ticket. MOM is not responsible for any connectivity problems related to your telephone number or mobile device failure.

It is possible to buy and activate multiple tickets from the same phone depending on the number of travelers.
