Tap it Easy, da oggi è possibile acquistare il biglietto in modalità contactless su tutti i servizi MOM.

With Tap it Easy, you can now purchase your ticket contactlessly on all MOM services.

 

Come funziona

 

Il sistema è intuitivo: salendo a bordo è sufficiente avvicinare la propria carta contactless al validatore, effettuando un tap a ogni cambio mezzo. Il validatore conferma l’acquisto con un bip e una luce verde. L’importo viene addebitato direttamente sul conto collegato alla carta.

How it works

The system is simple and intuitive: when boarding, just tap your contactless card on the validator, and repeat the tap each time you change vehicle.

The validator confirms the purchase with a beep and a green light. The amount is charged directly to the account linked to your card.

 

Tariffe

 

Le tariffe stabilite dall’Ente di Governo del Trasporto Pubblico per il bacino della Provincia di Treviso sono le seguenti:

• Urbano
• Singolo biglietto: 2,00 €, valido 100 minuti (stesse condizioni dell’acquisto a terra).
• Best fare 24 ore: 5,00 €, attivata automaticamente al terzo tap.
• Extraurbano
• Tariffa “flat”: 5,00 € per una corsa, indipendentemente dalla distanza.
• 24 ore intera rete: 15,00 €, attivata al terzo tap.

Fares

Fares set by the Public Transport Authority for the Province of Treviso are as follows:

• Urban
  • Single ticket: €2.00, valid for 100 minutes (same conditions as off-board purchase)
  • 24-hour best fare: €5.00, automatically activated on the third tap
• Extra-urban
  • “Flat fare”: €5.00 per ride, regardless of distance
  • 24-hour full network: €15.00, activated on the third tap

Controlli a bordo

 

In caso di verifica, il passeggero dovrà comunicare agli agenti le ultime 4 cifre della carta utilizzata.
È sempre possibile visualizzare l’ultimo tap premendo il tasto “Info” del validatore e avvicinando la carta.

Attraverso il Portale del Viaggiatore, inoltre, si possono consultare tutti i tap effettuati.

On-board inspections

In case of inspection, passengers must provide the last 4 digits of the card used.

It is always possible to view the latest tap by pressing the “Info” button on the validator and tapping the card.

Through the Traveller Portal, you can also check all recorded taps.
